Gun Raffle

The Range Committee, along with the Sportsmen’s Club, is sponsoring a raffle to help support the continued operation of the Club and its mission, as well as improvements to the range, which began last fall.

An image of a ticket with a description of the prize is included with this email and is self-explanatory.  This is a great package and should make the tickets easy to sell. 500 tickets were produced and we need to sell every one of them for the maximum financial benefit. To that end, we are asking club members and range card holders to help sell tickets.  Tickets to sell are available one of two ways:
1: By mail. Contact Bruce Klinger @ 603-707-6398 or Rags Grenier @ 603-387-2368 and we will send however many you request.
2: Drop by the clubhouse Tuesday 3/22 and Thursday 3/24 from 7 to 8:30 PM and Saturday 3/26 from 9:30 to 11 AM.
If you do not want to sell tickets, but wish to purchase one (or more!!!), come to the clubhouse during the hours listed above.

RANGE UPDATE:
Range upgrades have had to wait through the winter months, although work was started last fall by Bubba Normandin, and will start again weather permitting.  To that end, the Club has voted $5000 to continue the upgrades and $3000 to put a new pitched steel roof on the range house.
Thanks to a generous donation from a club member, there will be an ADA compliant Porta-Potti on the range April 1st through October 31st. Additional funds to support this will come from brass sales. This will be especially important after upgrade completion, as many more target bases and stands will be needed and can be completely supported by brass sales.  Keep picking up the brass!

Expect to hear about upcoming range work details, as well as a continuation of building training barricades and target stands at the Gilford Police range as a community enhancement project. This range is used by Gilford, Laconia PD, Belmont PD and the Sheriffs Dept.  This project is worthwhile and rewarding for those that participated last year.
